Olio Bat Yam

Structural planning of two buildings: a 40-story residential building and a 15-story office building above commercial areas on the ground floor and three floors of underground parking.

 The project was built on the site of a parking structure of the nearby Bat-Yam mall, so the demolition and construction were planned so as not to disturb the busy mall.

  The design had to take into account existing geometry and different static schemes built at different times and degrees.
