The office staff numbers over 50 people, including engineers, draftsmen and office management staff. The firm's senior engineers hold advanced degrees with special theses in the field of earthquake engineering from the Technion. The company's employees are regularly updated on innovations and developments in the relevant field of practice, through active participation and giving lectures at conferences in Israel and abroad, professional training courses in Israel and abroad, a regular review of standards and professional journals.
